Working Fire: East Lansdowne Borough

Around 1:30 am on 7/12/16, RIT/Rescue 20 was dispatched to the 800-blk of Pembroke Blvd. in East Lansdowne Borough for reported house fire in the area. Captain 24-12 arrived to find a working fire on the Unit-Blk of Lewis Ave. and reported heavy fire from the rear of a 2 story home. Rescue 20 arrived with a crew of 9 under the command of 20-9B (Asst. Chief Bill Tully) and set up for RIT as crews went in service to knock the fire on both floors. The Rescue stood by for over an hour before being released
