Congratulations to Firefighter Kyle Brown and his wife Eileen on the birth of their fourth daughter. Lori Anne was born in the early morning hours of August 1 before the flooding began. Lori Anne weighed in at 8 lbs. 7oz. and 20.5 inches long. Congratulations Kyle Eileen and all the Brown girls.
